IT Project Manager – Applications
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Application Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience leading large-scale IT projects, with a focus on multi-system integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the finance industry, expertise in security best practices, and a background in integrating financial solutions (e.g., credit/debit card providers).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT blueprint development and conceptual architecture for secure payment service integrations.
- Manage cross-functional teams and third-party integrations to ensure seamless implementation.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones while maintaining security and compliance standards.
- Oversee risks, security concerns, and escalations with IT service teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct progress reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality and security benchmarks.
- Provide mentorship to project team members and promote best practices in secure development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–10 years managing complex IT projects with multi-system integrations.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, payment services, and IT security frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including workshop facilitation.
- Certifications: PMP (preferred).
