Position Summary
RBCI is seeking an IT Program Manager to support the Enterprise Supply Chain and VA Logistics Redesign Program Management Office (VALOR) in Washington, DC. The IT Program Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the development of IT proposals, IT project management plans, and other technical systems documents related to the programs and projects.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Duties & Responsibilities
The essential and specific functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assists the client’s project sponsors and IT executives in documenting the IT business case and justification for budget approval.
- Delivers technical project management services throughout the project life cycle.
- Provides the client with the point of contact and takes full responsibility to ensure that financial, time, scope, and quality of IT project deliverables and milestones expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills along with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, including project team members, management, and SME.
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team of like-minded people.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- Must be a U.S Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain Tier 2/MBI clearance.
