The opportunity
Reporting to the Global Procurement of IT Hardware, Software, & Services, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator. You will build internal and external relationships, gain insights into the needs of the organization, and assist in the negotiation process. You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for sourcing and queries around spend data.

What you will do:

Process purchase requisitions of IT hardware, software & services. You will participate in negotiating a broad range of software and hardware contracts. You will interact with vendors to determine requirements for sourcing and collaborate with supplier & AP to resolve RMA & invoice discrepancies. You will maintain hardware and software license documentation and data on purchase orders.

Collaborate. You will foster internal relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. You will partner with other team members to define and document processes.

Renew contracts. You will process the details of contracts and agreements for renewal of products , hardware, software, services, and maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring opportunities for optimization and savings are not missed.

Manage vendors. You will build relationships with vendors to manage orders and queries. You will resolve RMAs, ETAs, service issues, transaction discrepancies, and alternate sourcing, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
What you have:

The education and experience. You have a diploma in Business or Information Technology and 1+ years in procurement, functional basic account knowledge, and direct experience in contract review and renewal, the P2P procurement life cycle, hardware and software licensing, and IT services (IaaS).

The drive. You thrive in an autonomous environment. You can balance priorities, pay attention to the details and never lose sight of the big picture. You have sound reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The technical skills. You are proficient with MS Office, including creating tables, managing and manipulating files, and applying codes for budget planning in Excel, and using Adobe E-sign. Exposure to ServiceNow and Workday Procurement would be an asset but is not required.

The interpersonal skills. You have strong verbal and written skills. You are comfortable engaging vendors, and internal and external customers to gain insights and foster trust and influence. You can patiently navigate challenging conversations with a solution-oriented approach.
