DARLING’S CORPORATE OFFICE in Brewer has a full-time position in our IT Department for a Help Desk Technician. ; We are interested in someone who has some technical background, a proven willingness to learn, and above all a good customer service skillset. ; This individual needs to be able to work well both in a team environment as well as on their own to complete tasks and projects in the IT space. ; We are looking for a person with integrity, who is self-motivated, and has effective time management skills. ;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
– IT related customer support for all Darling’s employees
– Administration of user accounts in Microsoft 365 and on-premises Active Directory
– Administration of computers, mobile devices, and phones
– Administration of exchange email accounts
– Deployment and setup of printers and print queues
– Deployment, setup, and maintenance of network equipment and cabling
– Interaction with 3rd party vendors to help support Darling’s IT environment
This position is full of development opportunities, and we will assist in growing someone in their IT career. ; There are options to get hands-on experience with networking, server management, VMware, domain management, Microsoft 365 administration, online phone system management, MDM, and more. ;
