Job Title: IT Help Desk Manager

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Time Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

As an IT Help Desk Manager, you’ll mentor, coach, and supervise all help desk staff, manage helpdesk software, oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and research, plan, and implement IT related duties. Our ideal candidate is passionate about IT support, has management experience, and strong technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, coach, and supervise all help desk staff.
  • Manage helpdesk software.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Research, plan, and implement IT related duties.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in Management.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Vast working technical knowledge of basic networking and Microsoft operation systems.
