IT Contracts Manager

We are currently looking for an IT Contracts Manager, whose main mandate will be to manage the renewal and implementation of all IT-related contracts: licenses, equipment, support and maintenance agreements, professional services.

Participate in the definition of negotiation strategies and ensure their implementation according to contract requirements and value.
Evaluate offers in depth and participate in negotiating agreements, with the aim of obtaining the best prices, terms, and conditions.
Develop a strong relationship with IT managers through a customer-focused approach based on information sharing, in-depth needs analysis and demonstration of value-added contract expertise.
Coordinate the review of agreements in collaboration with the legal department and the cybersecurity team.
Actively participate in the production of executive presentations and manage the obtaining of approvals.
Ensure compliance with contract governance policies.
Maintain and update contract inventory and renewal schedule.
When your expertise drives us.
Five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in contract management and analysis
Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written (regular exchanges with colleagues and suppliers in Canada and the U.S.)
