2W Technologies, INC is a fast-paced, high-growth, full-service technology consulting firm with clients across the United States and around the world. 2W specializes in helping our clients (mostly manufacturers) get maximum value from their technology investments. We specialize in Epicor ERP, network architecture, managed cloud services, business analytics and cyber defense.

Our growth has created the need to add an IT Consultant to our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This is an in-office position in a team-focused environment, based in our Corporate HQ in Pewaukee, WI. 

You’ll work with very cool, cutting-edge technology including Azure cloud and M365 infrastructure applications.  We encourage all our technical teammates to hold relevant Microsoft certifications. We provide time to study, pay for testing and give award certification bonuses. There is plenty of room for upward mobility.   


The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and experience working with a variety of clients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform system upgrades and migrations, including server upgrades, email migrations, and cloud migrations.
  • Manage and monitor client networks, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 technicians or vendor support as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain client backups, disaster recovery plans, and antivirus solutions.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and other team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.



  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
  • Familiarity with network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Epicor or other ERP applications is a plus. 
  • Relevant IT certifications would be great.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other MSP tools is a plus.
