AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Cybersecurity Engineer, Operations to join its IT team in Duluth, GA or Remotely. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.
In the role of security engineer the incumbent will align globally on topics in their area of responsibility. The Cybersecurity engineer will contribute from a security perspective to the team and assist other engineers with security questions. This role will perform security risk analyses and coordinates security tests/assessments.
What you will do:
- Stakeholder management and engagement at various levels of the organization for the area of responsibility.
- Champion and assist teams implementing the company’s standards to make our applications safe while evangelizing security within the company and building customer trust
- Architect, design, implement, support and evaluate security solutions and services applicable to the area of responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attach methodologies and their mitigation strategies.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
- 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience
- Direct experience with secure development practices, security code review, secure coding practices, threat modelling and/or security methodologies; understanding of Cloud computing concepts and Cloud Security
- Direct Experience of applicable compliance regulations and standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.)
A plus if you have:
- CISSP and/or CSSLP certification, CeH, or other relevant security certifications
- Experience with BlackBox and WhiteBox security testing, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing with experience providing remediation techniques
- Knowledge of network and web related protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS)
- Knowledge of security across multiple disciplines (data, database, operating system)
