The Inventory Controller is located on site and typically reports directly to the Facility Manager.</p>
<p>Inventory Controllers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate inventory for facility needs.</p>
<p><b>Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials</li>
<li>Manage and maintain customers Inventory Control Program (WASP)</li>
<li>Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards</li>
<li>Processing and documenting returned items</li>
<li>Implementing inventory management procedures and processing invoices</li>
<li>Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers, and helping customers</li>
<li>Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs</li>
<li>Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Work Experience Requirements</b></p>

<li>1-2 years of experience in inventory control or equivalent</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of an Inventory Management Software is an Asset (WASP, Fishbowl, or inFlow, etc.)</li>
<li>MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)</li>
<li>JD Edwards knowledge would be considered an asset</li>
<li>Valid Ontario “G” Driver’s License is required</li>
</ul>
