<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><b>Description</b></p><p><b>Key Job Elements: </b></p><ul><li>Lead, monitor, coordinate and report on program activities within the scope of the contract to ensure deliverables achieve cost, schedule and performance with a focus on supporting the Associate Program Manager (APM) </li><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to facilitate effective contract execution</li><li>Liaise between various multi-disciplined teams in support of program objectives</li><li>Lead program schedule milestones to ensure on-time hardware and CDRL deliveries</li><li>Lead and support bid and proposals through the organization as required </li><li>Lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings with internal teams, coordinating resolution and follow up on technical or programmatic issues</li><li>Develop and deliver <span >reporting/presentations</span> to a variety of internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Track and payment progress, including withhold recovery plans as required</li><li>Support managing risk elements of the program</li><li>Support reparation of contractual correspondence; including, <span >meetings/presentation</span> material</li><li>Track monthly performance reports and take appropriate action, as required</li><li>Exercise a mindset of continuous process improvements and efficiencies</li><li>Ensure all Program activities meet compliance requirements <span >(ITAR/EAR/FCPA/GP/SOX,</span> etc.)</li><li>Assume coverage for Associate Program Manager, as required</li><li>Short term special assignments, as required</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>University degree or college diploma</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including project management experience</li><li>Ability to respond to customer requirements and manage expectations while ensuring satisfaction</li><li>Customer and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and solve problems</li><li>Superior organizational skills with the ability to be agile, set priorities and multi-task under pressure </li><li>Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including to facilitate discussions</li><li>Experience developing and delivering presentations</li><li>Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills</li><li>Experience in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Understanding of GDLS-C Program processes and measurements</li><li>Ability to travel and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport</li><li>Familiarity with and/or experience in military and GDLS-C standards and processes</li><li>Negotiating skills and experience</li><li>Familiarity with various functional areas of the business</li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>PMP designation or working towards </li><li>Product knowledge and defense industry or military experience</li><li>Previous experience working with government contracts </li><li>Related customer experience</li><li>Experience creating or maintaining metrics or other performance reports</li><li>EVMS and Bid-X experience</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
