Not someone learning Snowflake - someone who's led major implementations, built scalable data platforms, and knows what it takes to get enterprise-grade solutions into production.</p><p>This is a <b>senior delivery role</b>, where you'll help design and build the foundations of our clients' modern data estates.</p><b>What You'll Do</b><ul><li>Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Snowflake solutions</li><li>Architect robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery</li><li>Collaborate with data modelers, platform engineers, and business stakeholders</li><li>Tune query performance and manage Snowflake optimization</li><li>Apply security, access control, and cost management best practices</li><li>Support CI/CD and DataOps processes</li><li>If you've got <b>Azure or Databricks</b> experience, great - we often work across cloud platforms</li></ul><b>What You Bring</b><ul><li>5+ years in data engineering or platform development roles</li><li>Deep hands-on experience with <b>Snowflake</b>: architecture, SQL, performance tuning</li><li>Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines with modern orchestration tools</li><li>Comfort working across cloud platforms (Azure preferred)</li><li>Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, dbt, or similar tools</li><li>Strong communication skills - you know how to talk to both technical and business teams</li><li>A get-it-done attitude - you take ownership, solve problems, and deliver value fast</li></ul><b>Nice to Have</b><ul><li>Databricks experience (Spark, Delta Lake, notebooks)</li><li>Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric familiarity</li><li>dbt, Airflow, Terraform, or other modern tooling</li></ul><b>Why SDK?</b><ul><li>You'll work with a high-performing team that's reshaping how data gets done in Canada</li><li>You'll get exposure to major enterprise and public sector clients</li><li>You'll be trusted to lead - not micromanaged</li><li>And yes, you'll grow fast</li></ul><p>Ready to roll?</p><p> Apply now or reach out directly if you have questions.</p><p> Visit us at </p>
