Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with Consulting Services delivery mindset and skill level
- Prior experience implementing and managing projects for one or more IAM solutions: Saviynt, SailPoint, Beyond Trust, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft
- Experience with advising customers on IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmaps
- Experience with end-to-end IAM implementations
- Prior experience with conducting requirement gathering sessions, architecture/design sessions, project planning, system testing, and knowledge transition
- Experience with IAM managing operations
- Experience collaborating and managing large teams, with Global presence
- Excellent communication skills (documentation, customer presentations)
- Experience with business development
- Experience with project management: budget, risks, issues, opportunities etc
