This is a full-time leadership role where you’ll balance field presence with office responsibilities, ensuring installations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Your mornings often start with staging jobs and checking in with technicians, setting clear expectations for quality, safety, and timelines. Throughout the day, you’re coordinating with the installation coordinator, warehouse supervisor, and sales manager to ensure every project has the people, equipment, and plan in place to run smoothly.</p><p>Back in the office, you’ll review job performance, track expenses, and look for ways to improve efficiency.
