<p>This individual will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function in a dynamic, medium-sized, unionized organization with global operations. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage employee files and HR records</li><li>Prepare employment-related documentation</li><li>Support the recruitment process from job posting through onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements</li><li>Draft and distribute internal communications</li><li>Assist with investigations, union correspondence and grievance tracking</li><li>Ensure HR actions are aligned with collective agreements</li><li>HRIS and reporting</li><li>Training and development</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>CHRP enrolment is an asset</li><li>2-4+ years of related experience in HR required</li><li>Union experience is a strong asset</li><li>Operations industry experience is a strong asset; manufacturing, distribution etc.</li><li>Strong Excel and system skills</li><li>Effective communicated skills; written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work on-site daily</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
