You will primarily support the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System configurations, while driving improvements to functionality supporting our Talent Acquisition team.The Analyst will also provide additional support to our Workday Talent/Performance and Learning Management modules.

This can be a REMOTE ROLE (EST or CST preferred)!

The HRIS Analyst will drive cross-functional projects and the system expert developing and enhancing key processes within the ATS, iCIMS, Workday Performance Management and Learning Management. This individual will develop and build reports and dashboards and enhance current configurations.This role will liaise between our HR functional and IT technical teams. The Analyst possesses strong communication and project management skills, enabling them to work with key partners to understand requirements and shape deliverables, ensuring we’re meeting key milestones on-time.

  • Provide insight into functional operation of the application, advocating for system developments and improvements to continuously improve user experience
  • Serve as the iCIMS Subject Matter Expert (SME); communicate with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding system issues, enhancements, upgrades/releases, etc. as required
  • Manage multiple integrations within iCIMS (Workday, Appointment Plus, Ideal, Text Recruit, etc.), developing enhanced integrations and troubleshooting as necessary
  • Support the Workday performance management module by creating mid-year and year-end performance appraisals for various business units
  • Design and deploy all user training content
  • Drive continuous process improvement, simplifying existing processes
  • Advocate, initiate and manage system content
  • Manage Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the key liaison between recruiting for Corporate/Stores/Distribution Centers and other internal partners
  • Develop and create system reports to enhance iCIMS dashboards and Workday reporting supporting business needs
  • Support Talent Systems security access and application issues through Service Now application

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least two years’ experience as a HRIS/Talent Systems Analyst
  • Previous Workday and/or iCIMS experience preferred
  • Previous Recruiting or Performance Management experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • The successful candidate must be analytical; detail oriented and understands/considers the downstream impact of configuration and business process changes
  • The individual must have problem solving skills and be able to apply creative solutions to potential problems
