EB Games Store Managers are responsible for maximizing store results by providing leadership and support to their team. They ensure exceptional customer experiences to maintain Canada’s number one destination for gaming/electronics. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing associates daily, attracting and retaining top retail talent, providing necessary training and tools, building strong relationships, and identifying top performers to create growth plans.
