<p>We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (DTC Focus) </p><p><br></p><p>Are you a designer who gets direct-to-consumer brands? We’re looking for a talented <b>Graphic Designer</b> with a proven track record in <b>eCommerce and DTC design</b> to join our team.</p><p><br></p><p>At our women-owned social media agency, we specialize in helping eCommerce and personal brands grow through standout creative and strategy. Now, we’re looking for a designer who can bring big ideas to life across ads, emails, and branding.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What you’ll be working on:</b></p><ul><li>Designing high-converting <b>Meta ads</b> (static + motion preferred)</li><li>Crafting <b>eCommerce email designs</b> that drive performance</li><li>Supporting client brand projects (branding, visual identity, creative direction)</li><li>Elevating our own agency’s brand presence with fresh, modern design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Must-Haves:</b></p><ul><li>Proficiency in <b>Figma and Adobe Creative Suite</b> (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing <b>DTC/eCommerce work</b> (applications without this will not be considered)</li><li>Experience designing <b>Meta ads + email campaigns</b></li><li>A strong eye for <b>conversion-driven design</b></li><li><b>Branding and template design</b> experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Role Details:</b></p><ul><li>Remote</li><li>Freelance to start (with potential for ongoing work)</li><li>Flexible, creative, and collaborative environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re passionate about design that doesn’t just look good but performs, we want to hear from you.</p><p> Apply with your portfolio (DTC/eComm examples required).</p>
