What You'll Do:<ul><li>Melt and pour aluminum into molds.</li><li>Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.</li><li>Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.</li><li>Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming).</li><li>Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.</li></ul>
<br>You'll work with molten aluminum, precision tools, and powerful machines to produce parts that keep trucks, engines, and heavy equipment running across North America.<br><br>
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.</li><li>Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>English communication skills.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation is an asset — but we'll provide full training</li><li>High school diploma an asset.<br><br></li></ul>
