FIELDBOSS – Elevating Service Excellence in Elevator and HVAC Contracting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Manager
– Full-Time (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
– FIELDBOSS is an innovative, flexible field service management solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and designed for elevator, HVAC, and specialty contractors. The organization is led by a team of Chartered Professional Accountants and Certified Microsoft Technology Specialists who have been providing the highest level of service in the Microsoft solution consulting industry since 1989.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the maintenance and security of the company’s IT systems.
Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of IT resources.
Implement and manage cloud services, often leveraging Microsoft Azure.
Compliance and Security:
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Implement data protection measures and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
Incident Management:
Respond to IT incidents and security breaches.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
Provide technical support and training to staff.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Evaluate and select new technologies and services.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Several years of experience in IT management, security, and compliance roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and services, with an emphasis on Azure.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
