You will be responsible for maintaining contact with established customers while also developing new prospects, providing them with top-notch support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.</p><p> </p><p>This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Oakville, ON Canada location.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></b></p><p>§ Generate, qualify, and follow up on all sales leads.</p><p>§ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.</p><p>§ Coordinate with other personnel to ensure proper customer support.</p><p>§ Maintain and update current CRM with all sales activity and reporting requirements.</p><p>§ Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.</p><p>§ Perform equipment training and installations at the customer’s site as required.</p><p>§ Work with service and technical support to quickly resolve technical issues.</p><p>§ Other miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>The ideal candidate will have:</strong></b></p><p>§ Minimum two years relevant experience and a BS Degree in Business or Technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</p><p>§ A strong technical aptitude.</p><p>§ Detail-oriented, with the ability to function effectively in a team environment. </p><p>§ Good communication, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational and presentation skills.</p><p>§ Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office.</p><p>§ Valid Driver’s License and Passport. <b><strong>Frequent travel is required.</strong></b></p><p>§ Experience in capital equipment sales is preferred and experience in the wire processing industry is a plus.</p><p>§ SAP/Salesforce CRM experience a plus.</p><p>§ The ability to speak, read, and write in French is a plus.</p></p>Company Description<p>Commitment.
