From Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, were growing fast and were looking for someone who can help keep our spaces running like a well-oiled machine.</p><p><br /></p><p>If youre the kind of person who notices when a light flickers, cant walk past a crooked sign without straightening it, and takes pride in a building that looks as sharp as the vehicles inside it, you might be exactly who we need.</p><p><br />As our Facilities Manager, youll manage multiple sites, juggle contractors, and make sure our teams always have a great place to work and our guests a great place to visit.</p><p><br /></p><p>When you join Northern Roads, youll enjoy:</p><ul><li><em>Trusted relationships </em> Were a work family and youll become a part of the team.</li><li><em>Many employee engagement activities</em> We want you to want to come into work every day.</li><li><em>Employee Health and Wellness Initiatives </em>We truly care about your well-being.</li><li><em>Career path planning and training</em> We want you to succeed and grow alongside us.</li><li>There are plenty of other perks and incentives, youll have to join us to find out more!<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and improvements across all Northern Roads locations.</li><li>Completing all landscaping and snowplowing.</li><li>Scheduling and supervising vendors (and knowing the good ones by name!).</li><li>Managing preventative maintenance for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other systems.</li><li>Keeping us compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Supporting renovations and special projects big or small.</li><li>Tracking expenses, providing receipts, and verifying work completed.</li><li>Responding quickly to facility issues (and preventing them before they happen).</li><li>Being the friendly, reliable point of contact for all things facilities!</li><li>Running errands, supporting dealer trades, washing vehicles, etc. during down time.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What Were Looking For:</p><ul><li>35+ years in facilities or property management (automotive, commercial, or similar).</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.</li><li>Great organization, communication, and people skills.</li><li>A valid G drivers license, clean abstract, and ability to travel between sites in the Niagara Region.</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work independently.</li><li>A hands-on mindset and a sense of pride in the spaces you maintain.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Salary: To be discussed.</li><li>Vehicle allowance or company vehicle for site travel.</li><li>Benefits:Available after probationary period.</li><li>Schedule:Full-time, consistent hours.</li><li>All tools to be provided.</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented culture that values pride, respect, and care in every task.</li></ul><p></p><p>More About Us: </p><p>At Northern Roads Auto Group, weve proudly operated successful, family-owned automotive businesses for over 30 years in the heart of the Niagara Region.
