Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hair care and styling options.
Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience while meeting sales goals.
Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing client inquiries.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
Retail sales experience is preferred to enhance upselling opportunities.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
