Reporting to the Executive Director, IT, Head of Software Engineering, You Will:
- Partner with all stakeholders to understand business objectives, outcomes and value of the whole product portfolio.
- Oversee a diverse product portfolio and drive the development of technical product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of product goals and priorities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure that technical solutions contribute directly to the achievement of strategic business goals.
- Take a lead role in our ongoing agile transformation, working closely with the Agile Practices Chapter, to shape and evolve the agile strategy within the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance on agile best practices, ensuring the successful execution of projects and product delivery.
- Lead the Technical Product Chapter, overseeing the development and growth of team members.
- Mentor and guide Technical Product Owners and Technical Business Analysts in refining their technical and agile skillsets.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the chapter

You Have:
- 8+ Years of Experience in Technical Product Development & Management
- Experience in leading product processes and knowledge of product management best practices
- Technical acumen, including experience with tech architecture & integration strategies
- An in-depthunderstanding of financial products.
- Well versed in agile methodologies and tools – including Jira, Confluence and experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
All the Better:
- Experience in a tier 1 bank setting.
- Familiarity with market standard practices and common systems / services (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc).
