<p><strong>Title:</strong> EPBCS Consultant</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled <strong>EPBCS Consultant</strong>. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical foundation in EPBCS, combined with a strong understanding of core financial processes and an emerging interest in applying advanced analytics.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, configure, and implement comprehensive Oracle EPBCS solutions, including business rules, calculations, forms, reports, and security.</li><li>Lead client discussions to gather requirements and translate business needs for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting into effective EPBCS models.</li><li>Develop and maintain complex <strong>Groovy</strong> business rules to enhance application functionality and automate planning processes.</li><li>Manage data integrations using tools such as <strong>FDMEE</strong> and <strong>Data Management</strong>.</li><li>Utilize and maintain automation scripts using <strong>EPM Automate</strong> for routine tasks and scheduled processes.</li><li>Collaborate with financial stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful solution deployment and user adoption.</li><li>Stay current with emerging features in EPBCS and explore the application of <strong>AI/ML concepts</strong> to enhance <strong>predictive planning and analytics</strong> within the EPM environment.</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and user training.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>6-8 years</strong> of dedicated, hands-on experience with <strong>EPBCS</strong> (Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).</li><li><strong>Strong understanding</strong> of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes (e.g., driver-based planning, zero-based budgeting, rolling forecasts).</li><li>High proficiency in developing and maintaining business rules using <strong>Groovy</strong> scripting.</li><li>Extensive experience with EPM integration tools, including <strong>FDMEE</strong> and <strong>Data Management</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>EPM Automate</strong> for managing, migrating, and automating EPBCS administrative tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with foundational <strong>AI/ML concepts</strong> and a demonstrated ability to apply these in practical ways for <strong>predictive planning and advanced analytics</strong> is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.</li></ul><p></p>
