We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level IT Specialist to join our team. You will work on a variety of projects, including crm customization, networking, pc troubleshooting, mobile device management, data analytics and programming. You will cooperate daily with our marketing and sales team. Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work efficiently in a team, and ability to communicate are key. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for technical solutions.

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour

- Remote troubleshooting of technical issues on both Windows and Mac
- Computer hardware and networking hands-on experience

- Writing support articles for customers
