Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Business Architects and establish a cross-functional architecture team relying on and developing domain architects identified from other IT teams.

  • Create solution architecture for the integration of new applications.
  • Monitor and analyze industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impact or application.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting needs and provide architectures that make trade-offs clear to support decision-making.
  • Review projects to evaluate compliance with architectural standards.
  • Develop and maintain the EA repository as a source of all architecture artifacts. Select and implement architecture tools.
  • Manage scope, tasks, resources, risks, schedule, and budget of EA projects.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated skills across architectural domains (business, application, data, technology)
  • Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business capability planning.
  • Ability to present and communicate both business and technical concepts and build meaningful relationships.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Science with 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, software, hardware, architecture frameworks (TOGAF 9), corporate technology and trends.
