Job Description: eDiscovery Solution Specialist Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and technical requirements for the eDiscovery solution. Coordinate with vendors, IT, and other stakeholders for seamless implementation. Develop eDiscovery strategies by working closely with Legal, Market Conduct, and FOI teams. Provide evaluation reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Oversee configuration and customization of the eDiscovery solution. Ensure proper data migration, system integration, and security measures. Provide training and support to end-users and administrators. Monitor the implementation process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment. Act as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Train and support Legal, FOI, and business teams on eDiscovery processes and tools. Assess eDiscovery risks from both technology and business perspectives.
