<b>Document Support Assistant</b><b><br></b><br>
A leader in business law in Canada, our client is a top-tier firm advising Canadian business leaders as well as U.S. and international clients with interests in Canada. As part of its operations, the firm is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to provide essential support in the production and management of legal and administrative documents.<br>

<br>• Competitive salary: Between $65.000 and $75.000 per year.<br>
<br>• Permanent, full-time position: 35 hours per week.<br>
<br>• Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, with possible work hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.<br>
<br>• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Wednesdays are mandatory in the office, with the flexibility to choose the other two in-office days.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Proofread and verify documents for formatting, spelling, and grammar in both official languages.<br>
<br>• Produce, format, edit, redact, convert, compile, and print various documents (procedures, reports, PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, Excel spreadsheets, graphs, PDFs, etc.).<br>
<br>• Create complex and high-volume legal or other documents via transcription or scanning.<br>
<br>• Print and compile various documents for court submissions.<br>
<br>• Conduct information searches (Plumitif, SEDAR, CANLII, Business Registries).<br>
<br>• Provide reformatting solutions and advice on document presentation following the firm's high standards.<br>
<br>• Maintain communication with various stakeholders regarding document production and requirements.<br>
<br>• Ensure high-quality and timely work, including any other related tasks.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, to support a national and international clientele.<br>
<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>
<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint).<br>
<br>• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid proofreading abilities.<br>
<br>• Ability to learn quickly and maintain up-to-date expertise.<br>
<br>• High level of autonomy, flexibility, versatility, and ability to work under pressure.<br>
<br>• Excellent customer service skills.<br>
