Job Description

Our client, a maintenance services company, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Field Service Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, familiarity with Salesforce and excellent organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: Surrey, BC
Pay Range: $22-25/hr

What’s the Job?

• Receive and prioritize incoming service requests, calls, and emails to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians, vehicles, or service personnel to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate route details, delivery instructions, and job assignments clearly and accurately to field staff.
• Monitor and track vehicle or personnel movement using dispatch software, GPS, or other tracking tools.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, deliveries, and service reports.

What’s Needed?

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/dispatch systems.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with field teams and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, on short notice.
