WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leads operations and implementation process for the organization’s IT systems and department
  • Directs IT support staff and corporate help desk
  • Manages IT projects
  • Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
  • Works hands-on with SaaS and cloud vendors for enterprise software like email, dealer management systems, and other services
  • Establishes standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure and strategic planning
  • Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
  • Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
  • Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
  • Reviews violations of security procedures; provides training to ensure violations do not recur
  • Monitors and restricts access to sensitive, confidential, or other high-security data
  • Safeguards system security and improves overall server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness
  • Facilities IT security audits or investigations
  • Has consistent, timely on-site attendance during schedule hours and ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Travel to dealership locations as needed to assist onsite with IT related upgrades, troubleshooting, and setup

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; additional hours outside of that timeframe as needed. This role is 100% in office at our Headquarters in Downtown Neenah WI. 

    Pay: Annual salary starting at $165,000/year based on experience.

    • Thorough understanding of computer-related security systems including firewalls, encryption, and password protection and authentication

    • Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals

    Education and/or Experience

    • At least ten years of experience managing an IT department/team

    Skills and/or Abilities

    • Outstanding computer skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of IT systems
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
