Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid – Toronto/GTA, Canada)

Pamensky (WEG in Canada) is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow our digital presence, drive engagement, and execute results-oriented campaigns. You'll work within a collaborative marketing function and alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand awareness and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution


•
Execute paid social, paid search, email, and website campaigns aligned with marketing priorities


• Support SEO/SEM initiatives in collaboration with external partners


• Manage website updates, landing pages, product pages, and blog content


• Implement A/B testing and optimize landing pages and digital assets

Content & Channel Management


• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop digital content (social, case studies, videos, webinars, online resources)


• Maintain and execute the digital content calendar


• Coordinate webinar and online video initiatives, including platform setup and support


• Ensure brand consistency, UX best practices, and performance standards across channels

Analytics, Performance & Optimization


•
Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools


• Monitor digital media spend and campaign effectiveness


• Manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and reporting dashboards


• Provide performance insights to the Head of Marketing


• Conduct light research and gather competitive/industry insights to support campaign planning

Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration


• Coordinate execution with developers, designers, and external agencies


• Support CRM tagging, data hygiene, and attribution tracking


• Develop digital collateral and enablement assets in collaboration with marketing and sales


• Identify digital-first opportunities for online engagement and events

What We're Looking For


• Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience


• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related B2B roles


• Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics fundamentals


• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, email platforms, or social publishing tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects


• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

Nice to Have


• Experience with CRM or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)


• Experience with content production or database management


• Experience working with designers or agencies


• Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)

Work Model

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote (Toronto/GTA area)
