What We're Looking For<ul><li>3–5+ years of dental management experience required<br><br></li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills<br><br></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities<br><br></li><li>Proficiency with Akitu One<br><br></li><li>Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care standards<br><br></li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li></ul>
