Job Description

The Telecom and IT Managed Services Corporate Trainer should be familiar with the latest trends, products and services in the telecom and IT industry and able to train others in industry technology and company-developed products. (2+ years of non-telecom trainer experience in a corporate environment may be considered). Training will be comprehensive and range from employees at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment, end-users, and agents,  utilizing the company  learning and development curriculums. Training may include verification through testing.

You will continue to develop and improve company training content and messaging to include advancements and changes to products and the industry with particular emphasis on AireSpring products and services. Updating training materials will involve recording videos or sound files, creating slides, infographics or diagrams and anything else needed to enhance the learning experience.

You may be asked to perform train the trainer duties, helping supervisors reinforce the key learnings.

This is a full-time role. 


– At least 2 years training experience in the telecom and IT managed services industry (2+ years of non-telecom Corporate Trainer experience may be considered instead of telecom experience)

– Sales coaching or training experience a plus

– Some familiarity with video editing a plus

– Creative learning and development curriculum building skills a plus

– Demonstrated ability to work closely and collaborate with executives and leaders to maximize learning effectiveness

– Administer feedback from learning programs and adapt them accordingly

– Ensure compliance of required participation when warranted  

– Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

– Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Experience with training content development

– Consistent work ethic
