We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

We have 4 locations serving the industry across North America in Hamilton and Woodstock, Ontario as well as Detroit and Chicago.

Position Summary - Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Generating invoices, emailing to customers
- Reviewing open orders
- Reviewing finalized orders
- Posting and receiving customer payments
- Collections – sending statements, making emails and phone calls to customers
- Monitoring aging reports
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Ordering office supplies
- Support staff with administrative needs as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or office support experience
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with ERP systems (Familiarity with Infor Syteline would be an advantage)
- Customer service experience
