You owe it to yourself to consider this outstanding new role.</p><p><b>Location:</b> Onsite – Calgary</p><p><b>Duration:</b> November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026</p><p><b>Schedule:</b> Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week</p><p><b>Compensation:</b> Competitive</p><p>Why You’ll Love This Role:</p><ul><li>Join a leading energy company renowned for innovation and excellence.</li><li>Work at a vibrant downtown Calgary headquarters supporting complex, high-profile turnaround projects.</li><li>Collaborate with a skilled, professional supply chain team dedicated to mitigating commercial risks and maximizing value.</li><li>Gain meaningful exposure to high-impact contract management across major assets in Canada and the US.</li></ul><p>What You’ll Be Doing:</p><ul><li>Manage the full contract lifecycle for contractors delivering high-value, complex services for turnaround events.</li><li>Support Turnaround Event Managers and the broader execution team in contract execution from award to close-out.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Management policies throughout contract creation, negotiation, administration, and change management.</li><li>Oversee contract management for additional contractors performing medium-to-low value work as required.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (preferred).</li><li>10+ years’ experience in contract management and/or supply chain roles, especially in turnarounds, major construction, or brownfield projects.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, SLM Toolkit, NaviTrack, TRACK, and related systems.</li><li>Strong contract governance knowledge, relationship-building, and contractor management experience.</li><li>High commercial acumen with experience in claims management and a broad understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation, and commercial issues.</li><li>Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills; able to meet deadlines and manage senior stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel infrequently within the US (approximately 3 visits per year).</li></ul><p>What Happens Next:</p><p>Apply today and take the next step in your career journey!
