Job Description
Role: Contract Administrator
Location: Markham ON (Onsite)
Salary: Full Time salary according to market standard
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Guide project teams with clear direction and mentorship.
- Support junior engineers and technical staff with ongoing advice.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate with contractors, property owners, municipalities, and police services.
- Address public concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
Project Oversight
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor contractor and consultant performance.
- Review contract documents, drawings, and claims.
Quality & Compliance
- Review design drawings and Inspection Test Plans.
- Respond to RFIs with clarity and precision.
- Attend inspections and verify compliance with quality plans and specifications.
- Issue Site Visit and Non-Conformance Reports as needed.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain regular communication with staff through meetings and updates.
