About the RoleBUILD IT is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a commercial construction project in London, Ontario.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining schedules, and coordinating trades to deliver the project efficiently and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.Conduct daily site inspections and enforce health and safety standards.Manage subcontractors, materials, and site documentation.Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients.Track progress, report site updates, and resolve issues as they arise.QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising commercial construction projects.Valid Site Supervisor Safety Training (SSST or equivalent) and up-to-date safety certifications.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.Proficient in reporting and managing site documentation.Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license.Contract DetailsDuration: 13–20 weeks (project-based).Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required).Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.Categories: Construction Manager / Superintendent, Site SupervisorLocation: London, OntarioPosted by UBILD
