You will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate and lucrative on call pay<b>. </b>Are you ready to roll with a dynamic team in the world of commercial tire services? <b>We are growing and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of people enthusiastic about the industry. </b> <br><br><b>Helping Canadians Get Ahead</b><br><br><b>Benefits:</b><ul><li>Benefits Package including Health and Dental coverage + more</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Employee Purchase Program (deals deals deals!)</li><li>Birthday off with pay </li><li>Endless paid training </li><li>Ministry Certification(s) available</li><li>Future ownership opportunities; Employee Stock Ownership Plan</li></ul><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><b>: </b><ul><li>Interact with Commercial Sales Consultants and/or Service Advisors to obtain work orders and commercial customer service specific requirements.</li><li>Install, balance, rotate and repair tires at commercial customer locations and roadside locations in a safe and efficient manner.</li><li>Conduct after hour’s emergency roadside service calls for commercial fleet customers.</li><li>Accurately complete all <span >documentation/paperwork</span> in relation to service work and work orders.</li><li>Deliver customer tire maintenance program by visiting assigned locations to complete fleet checks.</li><li>Ensure service vehicles, the shop and all equipment are maintained in a safe, neat, and clean manner always. </li><li>Conduct efficient Receiving/Shipping of all inventories that enters and leaves the shop.</li><li>Professionally interact and communicate with Commercial Customers.</li><li>Assist Passenger Light Truck Tire Technicians as required.</li></ul><br /><b>Qualifications:</b><br /> <ul><li>Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract</li><li>Commercial Wheel Installer Certificate preferred</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude and previous exposure to commercial fleet vehicles</li><li>Interest in further expanding knowledge about the tire industry</li><li>Well-developed communication skills</li></ul><br><br>Interested applicants should submit their resume via this ad.
