Seaboard Transport Group is a Canadian, family-owned leader in bulk transportation. Our shops keep our fleet moving safely and efficiently, and we’re looking to support the next generation of mechanics.

We are currently seeking Truck & Trailer Mechanic Co-op Students to join our team in North York, ON.

What You Will Do

Under the guidance of licensed technicians, you will:

  • Assist with maintenance and repair of trucks and trailers

  • Support preventative maintenance tasks and annual inspections

  • Learn how to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

  • Maintain accurate electronic work orders and shop housekeeping

  • Participate in shop safety practices and meetings


What You Bring
  • Currently enrolled in a Truck & Coach Technician (310T) or Truck-Trailer Service Technician (310J) program

  • Strong mechanical interest and willingness to learn

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools/equipment is an asset


Work Schedule

We will align hours with your program’s co-op placement requirements.
