Title: BI Reporting Analyst III Location: Toronto ON M5V 2H6 Canada Duration: 10 months Contract Description: Own performance reporting for Go to Market initiatives and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to provide analytics support for Paid Search, Organic Search, Display, and social channels through actionable insights and recommendations that support and guide marketing investment decisions. Partner with Marketing team and external agency teams to build, enhance and maintain the enterprise digital data layer. This includes developing reporting layer tables by partnering with the Data Engineering team. Support the development of learning and measurement plans for experiments and campaigns and define requirements for instrumentation and data collection. You will build reports to drive discussions, facilitate decision making, and actionable insights by partnering with data engineering to scale and automate analytics on new products and initiatives Develop reporting solutions that are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of various stakeholders and leaders. In addition, provide ongoing recommendations to leadership utilizing complex data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data doesn’t exist Communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations. Strong focus on automation to scale current and future processes Strong understanding of media mix modeling. Partner closely with the marketing team and 3rd party vendors to develop MMM, support data collection, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to help optimize marketing spend Partner with the CRM team to provide analytics that helps explain the impact of email marketing initiatives and customer journey performance Skills: 3-5 years of experience working with marketing analytics, web analytics, mobile analytics, customer care analytics, or other customer experience analytics Advanced proficiency in SQL, A/B Testing, and Data Visualization (Tableau, QlikView). Familiarity with Marketing Analytics Tools (MMM, MTA, Braze, Segment, Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.) Previous experience in developing Media Mix Models Proven expertise in Page Tagging, Adobe Analytics, Data Management, Test Deployment, Measurement, and Recommendation Excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics (or equivalent) and domain expertise in subjects such as experimental design and Multivariate/A-B testing required. Experience in defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking Ability to simplify stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical.
