TraceRent is on the lookout for a
Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR)
with experience in
multi-family real estate software sales (B2B)
to help us scale our reach across Canada.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in
B2B sales
, preferably within
PropTech. - Comfortable speaking with
property managers, REITs, and asset managers - Confident, self-motivated, and eager to grow with a fast-moving startup
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving sales through your existing network and strategic out reach.
- Building relationships with key players in the
multi-family housing industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experienced in
sales or business development
, ideally in real estate tech - Knowledge of
Canadian real estate
or
multi-family operations
is a strong asset - Goal-driven with a passion for
tech, data, and relationship-building
