We are now hiring a Business Development Manager to build and scale a local network of partners, capital sources, and strategic introducers focused on emerging market real estate investments.
This role is about relationships, deal flow, and long-term value creation, not transactional sales.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, capital raising, or real estate investments
- Strong local or international network (investors, family offices, brokers, introducers, developers)
- Comfortable dealing with HNWI, professional investors, and decision-makers
- Self-managed, disciplined, and outcome-driven
- Thinks long-term, not transactional
