· Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) Professional Practices.
· Working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS).

· College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 7 years of relevant experience.
· Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
· Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
· Experience supporting Linux operating systems.
· IT cabling and power concepts & technologies.
· Demonstrated knowledge of building design and construction projects.
· Technical knowledge and experience with related building technologies including security and building controls.
· Technical knowledge and experience with infrastructure technologies including network, voice and end user devices.
· Experience with networking concepts & technologies including LAN/WAN technologies, network equipment, protocols & other communication systems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
· Experience in preparing a business impact analysis.
· 2-3 year of experience in business continuity, acting as a department’s business continuity liaison, or supporting an emergency support function (ESF) of an emergency operations center (EOC).

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
· Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). Extensive and proven experience may be substituted where appropriate.
· Microsoft Certified Professional certifications.
· VMware Certified Professional certifications.
· PMI Certifications.
· Industry recognized certifications in ITIL.

The role you’ll contribute:
Develop, maintain, and implement business continuity strategies and solutions for AdventHealth’s Information Technology (AIT) Division. Assist in the documentation, maintenance, and updates associated with the AIT business continuity program including disaster recovery, crisis management, and business continuity risk management. Ensure such documentation is kept current in the appropriate tool. Recommend and implement changes to multiple SharePoint sites and other tools. Provide relevant updates via posts to Microsoft Teams sites to brief AIT team members who are not part of the BC / DR team.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Maintain plan documents.
· Assist in scheduling and facilitating tabletop exercises and DR exercises / tests.
· Assist in the planning and preparation of Incident Action Plans and leadership briefings as needed.
· Administer SharePoint site including changes to lists, libraries, and permissions as well as content on specified lists.
· Using Excel, perform periodic reconciliations of disparate systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
· Research potential impact from various hazards on specified locations. Summarize information obtained.
· Plan, conduct, and debrief regular mock-disaster exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly.
· Maintain membership groups for BC / DR Microsoft Teams.
· Develop and maintain Visio diagrams for the AIT Business Continuity Program.
· Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
· Develop and maintain BC / DR plan documents, work instructions, and documentation of such.
· In the mass notification tool, create new and maintain groups for teams referenced by the AIT Crisis Management Plan (CMP) and for all teams in Technology Services. Reconcile membership in Everbridge groups to those in the CMP.
· During Hurricane Season, assist in preparing and posting tropical updates on active days or when there is a threat to areas where AdventHealth facilities are located.
· This position may require you to work onsite during a CMP activation.
· This position may require you to be able to take call during a CMP activation.
