How we work is as important as our skills so we are pleased to share our core values:Integrity, Respect, Collaboration, Teamwork, Diversity & Inclusion.<em>We are proud to be certifiedGreat Places to Work.</em></p><p><br /></p><p>The responsibilities include full cycle accounting namely:</p><ul><li>Bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Issuing invoices and recording receipts</li><li>Bill payment processing</li><li>Payroll processing</li><li>HST filing</li><li>Month end reconciliations</li><li>Responding to client queries</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Experience we are looking for:</p><ul><li>College Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping</li><li>3+ years of Bookkeeping experience</li><li>1+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online</li><li>Experience processing payroll (issuing T4s, ROEs, T4 summary)</li><li>An open mind to trying out new technology.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Our company is a team of thirty Bookkeepers and Accountants who work cohesively to provide small and medium sized businesses with amazing back end financial support.
