If you want a workplace where your impact is celebrated, you&#39;ve found your next move.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our Roy Foss Aurora Chrysler team. This is a foundational role where you will work under the guidance of licensed 310S Technicians, actively contributing to our service department&#39;s success while building your skills and logging hours towards your certification.</p><p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For </strong></p><p>· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections.</p><p>· Assist licensed technicians with vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs, learning to use specialized tools and equipment.</p><p>· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to all safety and environmental regulations.</p><p>· Complete work orders accurately and document all work performed.</p><p>· Attend all required in-house and manufacturer-provided training sessions.</p><p>· Communicate effectively with the service team regarding vehicle status and needs.</p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Bring </strong></p><p>· Currently enrolled and registered as a 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice in the Automotive Service Technician (310S) program.</p><ul><li>Valid G driver&#39;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Completion of secondary school required.</li><li>A strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new technical procedures.</li><li>Basic tool set required for an entry-level apprentice.</li><li>Familiarity with Chrysler products is an asset, but not required.</li><li>Must be computer literate for accessing service manuals and completing online training.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team setting.</li><li>Adherence to safety standards and industry regulations is expected.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and rotating Saturdays.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>· Competitive compensation and benefits package.</p><p>· Employee team building and social events. </p><p>· Learning and development programs for all team members. </p><p>· Growth potential within our organization. </p><p>· Employee discount programs. </p><p>· Foss purchase and service program. </p><p>· Employee referral and recognition programs. </p><p><br /><strong><em>Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity</em></strong></p><p><em>At Roy Foss Automotive and Foss National Leasing, we are dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and has the opportunity to thrive.
