As an Agile IT Business Analyst, you’ll help develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, business analysts, DevSecOps engineers, user experience specialists, and content strategists, you’ll help identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll learn to understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll support your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high business value products to clients.

You Have:

1+ year of experience as a business or system requirements analyst, including defining, simplifying, or translating business requirements
-
1+ year of experience with SDLC methodologies and practices, including the creation and review of SDLC documents and artifacts
-
1+ year of experience with Agile or SAFe systems development best practices
-
Experience with Atlassian, Jira, or Confluence

Ability to document business rules and impacted processes or systems and functional and technical specifications
-
Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements, create mockups, and support the development of user stories, use cases, and wireframes

Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help to shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities

Ability to support application development teams during high level design and testing in ensuring that IT systems meet user needs and requirements specifications

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
