Job Description:

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the following:


  • Full Cycle Accounts Payable

  • Invoice matching

  • Ensuring approvals are in-place before payments

  • Distribution of cheques to vendors

  • Dealing with Vendors in a professional manner

    • Job Requirements:

    Successful candidates will have the following experience for consideration:


  • 3+ years Accounts Payable Experience

  • Experience with Yardi (Must)

  • Strong Organizational skills

  • Effective Communication dealing with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Willing to be in office 5 days a week
