<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>As an <strong>Account Development Manager</strong>, you will maintain an existing customer base with a large focus on new account development for the <strong>Saskatoon, SK </strong>territory. You will call on customers within the territory. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases.</li><li>Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential.</li><li>Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance and colour in response to customer needs.</li><li>Utilize CRM sales tool (ClientLink) to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.</li><li>Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded.</li><li>Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets according to Dulux (PPC) pricing strategies.</li><li>Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; with 2+ years of sales and/or stores operations experience.</li><li>Coatings experience required.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver&#39;s license. You must live and work within the territory.</li></ul><p>You will not have the capacity to be remote as you will visit customer locations throughout the week.</p><p>PPC participates in a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program.
