<p>This is a <b>hands‑on role</b> at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer engagement. You’ll work directly with some of the world’s leading construction companies, guiding them through solution rollouts, integrating complex systems, and making sure adoption scales across their organizations.</p>

<h3>Who are you ideally?</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, Solution Engineer, or Technical Consultant in SaaS, IoT, or data‑driven environments with exposure to customer‑facing delivery</li>
<li>Strong coding skills (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript).</li>
<li>Familiarity with APIs (GraphQL, REST) and webhook integration</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with data engineering concepts and exposure to data science/ML (e.g. Spark, Python, SQL)</li>
<li>Strong customer‑facing skills — able to translate technical work into business outcomes and build trust with stakeholders.</li>
<li>Passion for solving complex challenges in real‑world, industrial contexts</li>
<li>Willingness to travel within the region to support customer engagements</li>
</ul>
<h3>Primary responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Engineer for Adoption:</b> Configure, extend, and deploy IrisX solutions so customers can use them from day one.</li>
<li><b>Full‑Stack Development:</b> Work across front‑end, back‑end, and cloud components to tailor and scale platform rollouts.</li>
<li><b>Integrations & Data Pipelines:</b> Build APIs, data flows, and integrations with ERP, CRM, and fleet systems, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange.</li>
<li><b>Applied Data:</b> Use data engineering and data science skills to enable analytics, benchmarking, and reporting use cases.</li>
<li><b>Customer Enablement:</b> Lead workshops, training, and coaching sessions that embed IrisX into customer workflows.</li>
<li><b>Project Ownership:</b> Manage timelines and technical delivery in collaboration with internal engineering teams and customer stakeholders.</li>
<li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Capture customer feedback and channel insights into the IrisX product roadmap.</li>

<li>Personality‑based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using Hogan prior to the interview.</li>
<li>Assignment‑specific interview. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit.</li>
<li>If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks.</li>
<li>Offer presentation and walk‑through.</li>
