JOB TITLE: Digital & IT Analyst
Shift: 1st shift
JOB DESIGNATION
The Digital & IT Analyst will work on both Infrastructure and Applications solutions projects while providing endpoint support to IT users at our manufacturing facility in Simi Valley. This includes:
- Installation, maintenance, and general support of both hardware & software critical for day-to-day business operations, on the production floor.
- Configurations and implementation of Applications solutions to improve process efficiency.
- Backup production workstations and building an asset inventory and knowledge base of production data, software and hardware solutions.
- Documentation of a variety of IT processes and applications solutions including IT Services catalog.
JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with various business departments to build and configure application solutions to improve overall process efficiency.
- Build asset inventory and catalog data, software and IT hardware in the production area.
- Collaborate with Engineering and production team to document IT solutions and interfaces with production equipment/systems.
- Backup/Image all workstations on the production floor as required.
- Install and/or upgrade software solutions on production workstations as needed.
- Perform troubleshooting using basic diagnostic techniques.
- Build/Install workstations, IT equipment or software applications as needed under guidance/supervision of division IT team.
- Support IT team on daily operations by learning and participating in a variety of activities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement remedial actions, as required.
- Build IT services catalog in order to provide better visibility and understanding of IT services to users.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area or equivalent.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional and CompTIA certifications.
Years Experience: 2 years of experience in an information technology role or related discipline in a support or service role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis.
Hands-On experience in the following areas:
- Maintenance and support of computer hardware or related equivalent experience.
- Configuration and implementation of business applications, reporting & Analytics solution including Jira, Power BI etc. preferred.
- Experience with Software development and scripting languages including SQL and Shell scripting.
- Manufacturing environment, preferred.

- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication.

WORK AUTHORIZATION: This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. U.S. Citizenship/Permanent residency is required for most positions.
